Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Minneapolis/Shanghai
Fly from Minneapolis to Shanghai, the biggest commercial city in China, and Asia’s most amazing modern city, with its soaring skyline dwarfing the grand colonial structures of old.
Day 2 /Shanghai (SD)
Arrival around 2 pm, after clearing government formalities, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel. Welcome dinner and evening walk in the Bund area and famous Nanjing Road

Day 3 Shanghai (B.L.D)
Visit Shanghai No 1 High School attached to East China Normal University. Afternoon we visit Zhujiajiao where we stroll the backstreets, cruise the canals and absorb the charming old world atmosphere. After dinner, enjoy famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show.
Day 4 Shanghai/Xian (B.L.D)
Visit the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, tea houses and restaurants, and to the elegant and tranquil Yu Garden. Fly to Xian, the capital of 12 dynasties over 1,000 years. Visit to Old City Wall, which was constructed 600 years ago Enjoy dumpling banquet

Day 5 Xian (B.L.D)
Morning tour to the greatest archaeological finds of the century, more than 2,000 year-old Terracotta Warriors interred with the Emperor Qin Shi Huang. School Visit where you will learn Chinese Calligraphy in the afternoon.
Day 6 Xian/Beijing (B.L.D)
Fly to Beijing, the dynamic capital of the People's Republic of China. Once the imperial city of Mongol, Ming and Manchu emperors, Beijing today is still extraordinarily rich in historical sites and cultural relics. Visit City Planning Museum, where introduce the long history of the immortal city of Beijing, display the great achievements of the modern urban planning and development, and exhibit the splendid future of Beijing's urban development. Continue to Forbidden City, the vast complex of palaces, which was the home to successive Emperors for more than 500 years. Evening walk in Tiananmen Square.

In December 1987, the Palace Museum, As known as the former Forbidden City, was put on UNESCO World Heritage.
Day 7 Beijing (B.L.D)
School visit in Beijing to Beijing Experimental High School. After lunch, visit Beijing zoo for panda, take a cruse to Summer Palace, photos at Olympic Grounds. Dinner at Lao Bei Ping Restaurant, Kong Fu show.
Day 8 Beijing (B.L)
Morning tour to the Great Wall, stretching almost 4,000 miles from the Pacific Ocean to the sands of Central Asia and befittingly crowned one of the ten wonders of the world. Lunch at farmer's restaurant. Continue to Ming Tomb, burial sites for 13 of the Ming emperors. Dinner at your own.
In December 1987, the Great Wall was listed by UNESCO in its World Heritage.
In July 2003 the Ming Tombs was included in the world cultural heritage list by the UNESCO
Day 9 Beijing (B.L.D)
Walking along the Imperial Park nearby the Forbidden City in the early morning to watch local doing morning exercises, such as playing Taichi, dancing, etc. After breakfast, visit Temple of Heaven, the 500 year old Temple houses altars on which sacrifices and offerings were laid to the gods in a glorious setting of gardens, tress and sculptures. In the afternoon, take Hutong tour with lunch at local resident's courtyard home. Visit pearl market if time permits. Farewell dinner: Beijing Duck Dinner
In 1998, the Temple of Heaven was added to UNESCO's World Heritage List.
Day 10 Beijing/Minneapolis (B)
Free in the morning, visit local market for last time shopping before transferred to airport for your flight back home.
